Neutrophenic

I have kid, was diagnosed as neutrophenic(less neutrophil).
at age of around 10 month.
Now kid is 3 yrs old, still neutrophenic.
Wondering, if anybody knows about any remedy for neutrophenic kids??

Kid is quit normal.
In white blood cell one of the component is Neutrophil(fights for bacterial infections),there is method to count it called ANC.Normal kid has around 1500 ANC, but in this case it comes around 200-300, sometimes zero too.
Because of that kid gets any bacterial infection soon as compared to others and thus restrictrd to crowded area.

the frequency of infections will reduce and most of the anomalies in the body will get straightened.
