Redose or change remedy

There is a question -- eventually -- really!

I have very recently taken Sepia 30c.

As the pills dissolved under my tongue the intense and insane throbbing in my legs and I fell asleep before the pills had completely dissolved.

Within 12 hours my urine flowed more freely and with 70% less pain. My wrist pain lessened considerable. My mental and emotional disposition became more relaxed and less irritable. My subsequent period is much easier.

I call this unbelievably fast relief. I have tried many things for this leg pain in particular and nothing has brought significant relief. Leg raises and hiking only while in motion and as long as the muscles feel very fatigued - the noodle stage.

So, this sounds great. Here's the problem. I take the Sepia and get this fantastic result and then days later it all starts again. I don't know if I should redose, up the potency, or if Sepia is not the simillimum but something close.

I'm afraid if I take it too often, I will start to prove.

What to do?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
How many doses did you take and at what frequency? How long did the effect last ?

I took one dose before bed. Then a 2nd dose the next night. The effects lasted close to a week. Then the throbbing and irritability started and within another 24 hours the urinary pain started again.

Oh.. then when the pain started again, I took a 3rd dose. That lasted a few days. I've not taken anything else as I'm confused as to how to proceed. I thought maybe the potency was too low... But, obviously I'm not feeling confident of that!

if NO new symptoms occured after sepia dose--then redose--sepia 200c --but dont repeat --note effeect(s)---and assess from there--but remember as long as no new symptoms AT ALL arose after sepia dosing...alos u will need avoid acid foods and drinks--coffee-fruits fruit juices...teas..vinegar..etc while alowing full response of sepia--

No. No new symptoms. In fact it helped me discern the types of pain. I had a lot of trouble describing the bladder and leg symptoms when seeing doctors. There were multiple sensations.

When I took the Sepia I realized the aching was under the throbbing. It felt less confused and much more bearable.

no new then --redose sepia--1 pellet 200c in 4 oz water--stir-- 1 teaspoon dose---no repeat --allow single dose response ---no acids as mentiioned---have nux vomica on hand 30c;200c--this in case un controled aggravtion occur--adfter dose monitor closely--keep diary times and such sensations;locations--this part invaluable for determining next action--even smallest -seemingly inrelated--recore all--also symptoms occuring in complexes--occuring at same time--make note as whether new(never occur beffore) and those which are old (occurred before in health history)--ok?

okay. No fruit though? Or just acid fruits. And for how long do I need to avoid acids - esp. citrus.

Luminaeceous last decade
avoid acids as long as can but 10-145 days start with --if feel need then introduce certain preferred fruits one at time and note response--and proceed with awareness--making notes which aggiatate which make better---..etc keeping notes in diary--very important--yet agian better avoid as long as possible and see what is what--also keep note of strong desires for preferred items and such

One other ques. How/where do learn things like foods to avoid?!

Luminaeceous last decade
materia medica(s) --as will note--certain foods which are recorded causing aggravations--this where to start--or use repetory--read which remedies aggravated by acids(sour foods) and such---acidic nature of foods willneed be assessed fro like of precise clarity in old texts--good book on foods and acid/base makeup helps this---as coca cola al carbonated drinks acidic by content--carbonation itself ---can break things down that way---but no real worry for u---if certain food gives response (whenther aggravtion or ameliooration) keep notes of this----foods wont be direct cause of inner ill--but modifying factor---so no worry if approach with consciousness...avoid things that affect aggravationally--and keep document of this--all data helps---a note to keepin mind--it is often that certain relationships-envirements need be avoided --so no relapse occur----as told'..patient is to be removed from and remove from patient--al thoings that untefere with path to cure..' seems comon sense --BUT it is not as easily implimented by patient--clear?

It's just good to know. I'm learning homeopathy. Some days it seems simple (as in keep it siimple). Other times inconceivably complicated.

I try to pay attention to my body anyway. I tend to like citrus in general - esp oj and lemon. Also and tart fruits... lemons, cranberries. Plus, I like bitter foods - fortunately that includes greens!

But, I already know that oj and coffee irritate my urinary symptoms and that sugar makes my legs crazier.

So, it's interesting to note...

affected by sugar---this important note --keeping this in mind--obseeve how this changes after sepia 200c dose...as will the oj affecting urine symptoms-take this in total ness with other symptos in case--still assessment after sepia dose is next step--
