Doctors ,please do respond

Doctors I have Attention deficit and hyper active disorder.I have severe deficiency of fatty acids.I do not find any sexual feeling and sensation when I see women.I have no semen.My body has stopped producing semen.My penis do not erect.It is a hard piece of rubber with no sese.My testes are becoming small with my penis.My brain does not respond to sex.I feel always sleepy but at night I could not sleep.Sleep does not come.My brain does not work.
