Bright lights make my eyes blurred

I have noticed when i go into a supermarket or similar places where there is artificial light my eyes go blurred and i get a horrible feeling.
Anybody know of what might help me ?

Thanks i will try Graphites but i can only find it in 6 or 30 dose not the 200.
Will this be ok ?
