I think i have hypothyroidism

Hello I believe I have hypothyroidism due to taking to many 'green drinks' with cruceferious vegitables and indole 3 carbinole which inhibited the uptake of iodine to my thyroid. I stopped all intake of these things and my lack of energy improved along with my memory problems but I am still suffering from a yellow complexion that comes and goes and an intolerance to cold along with cold hands and feet. By far my most worrisome complaint is testicle pain that has gotten worse over the past 5 months. Oddly enough it started when I started taking indole 3 carbinol and it hasn't gone away. My sex drive is getting worse by the week and I really don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

Also I believe I suffer from a slight candida infection due to a white coated tongue that comes and goes.
