headache
Hello,hoping you might find a remedy I could try to help me with my ,what seems to be daily, headaches. I noticed, that straight after my period (for quite few days) if I lean or bend forward I feel uncomfortable pressure in my head- due to rush of the blood to the head?
Through out the day I feel this slight tension on the top of my head, although it's not constant. Headaches are dull, come (mostly towards the evening) and go and are moving from the base of the neck up to my forehead, settle over the eyes, then move somewhere else again. Two nights in the row it was on my left side. Last night - right one. It felt better by lying on the painful side or on my back without moving. Applying pressure seemed to help.
I haven't really worked out yet what helps. Drinking more water, being in the fresh air, eating or sleeping.
I'm generally a worrying type. Any recurring physical symptom brings lots of questions like 'should I worry about it', 'what if it's something serious'... I'm constantly battling the fear that something serious might happen to me. Therefore don't like being on my own...
Would appreciate your help.

Dear dr. Mahfooz,
I did try bell 30, but not sure what - the acupuncture treatments that I started almost at the same time or the remedy has made a big difference. I still have a bit of a very dull headache that comes and goes, but I guess it's not for long any more.

An update: I still had dull headaches almost daily since my last post. They would always settle above my left eye and would just come and go without much of repetitive pattern. I started to suspect, it might have to do with my upper tooth on the left side that needs to be treated. My last x-ray showed some decay under one crowned tooth. I'm waiting for the next appointment, but in a mean time I've been advised to take Silica 30. My headaches are gone!

After having my tooth fixed and re crowned my headaches came back.
I went to see a homeopath and got Carcinosin 1M as constitutional. My headaches vanished after the third dose. I continued my prescription for 4 weeks (3 doses once a week). It's been a couple of months now. No more headaches and I'm feeling more grounded, more optimistic and far less worried. Happy :)
