Sugar Addiction

I am having a problem with sugar. I'm fine until some really good sweet is in front of me. I don't buy them, but when I'm out, I think I'll just have 1 and I have 6 or 8. Then the next day i feel horrible - tired, bloated and my throat gets sore. I've done candida diet forever and take Bifidus and Acidophilus all the time. Have for years. Have taken different ones, the one I'm taking now is a really good one.

I read about Argentum Nitricum. Sound like this might work as I also have anxiety, not as bad as it used to be. I will get some and try it. I hve been taking Colloidal Silver and it is helping my sore throat, but it was when I started it that eating sweets became more uncontrollable.

I just found I have Argentum Nitricum 30ch in my box of remedies. Now is that to take it for 1 to 2 weeks, same dose? I was told to dissolve in water and shake it each time I take it, to increase the potency. How often should I take it?
