premature graying

Hi,
I am a 30 year old female with a lot of premature graying. i have had a few greys since 20 but 3 years back i took medication for tb (the xray was clear but the skin test positive) and since then it has been getting worse.
I have some constipation problems but otherwise i have been pretty healthy. i had a pregnancy leading to twin boys 2 years back. never had hair loss problem even then. but graying has always been a stress factor.
i have tried acid phos 30c once before but i am not sure if its the right medication for me. can anyone help or suggest a
remedy?
thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
acid phos 30c is good medicine, second choice is Lycopodium 30c.
