small one need help

Yesterday my 5 year old son has started vomiting and having fever.I had given one dose of Nimusulide for fever. At night, he vommited again once, he has fever with cough/nose blockage at night. At the time of fever, his cheeks/ears becomes red. Doctors diagnosed it as Viral fever.Though, today there is no vommitting but he is not eating properly. he has aversion with milk and taken small quantity of it.Any one suggest remedy for fever/cough/nose blockage at night
