Kali-bi

I took Kali-bi 30 daily on Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues for blocked ears/sinnuses after a non-reaction from Pulsatilla a month previously. Tues night, I developed flu symptoms (fever, freezing cold, aches and pains) which have since subsided and turned into a heavy cold with very blocked nose. The main problem is that when I wake up in the morning (about 8am), I am very dehydrated (mouth breathing) but when I drink something, I vomit it back up and this continues until about midday and it causing me distress (it has happened 3 days in a row). I don't think I can do another morning like this. Also, my lips are chapped and dark red. Any advice?

try PHOSPHORUS 30C some 3 to 4 doses every 4 hours during such an episode.
