hello
i have one problem when i go to sleep eather side my hands go to sleep if i sleep right hand side so my right hand go to sleep if left then left hand.some time from hand to elbow.my age 42 and waight 140 pound hight 5f2inch i do excersise every day about 1 hour 30 minute.please tell me why this happen and what should i take .thank you
