Need medicine for diabetes

My mother is 58 yrs old has diabetes type 2 for the last 10 yrs . She has been on allopathic medicine for last 2yrs . But want her to take homeopathy. She has very weak eyesight also because of diabetes. She had cholecystectomy 11yrs ago . She has no other health problem . Please advise her some medication.

what about, head reeling, weakness, thirst and urination abnormalities..
