(1) 48 hours before operation if one takes Rhustox-30x after 3 hours 4 times a day it will save wound from getting septic.
(2)Few surgeons give Arnica before operation.{francon}
(3)Rhustox- is remedy relieving the soreness and other distress after operation [in right lower quadrant of abdomen......
(4)Nux Vomica relieves vomiting after operation....
(5)Pyrogen 6x. is patent remedy for controling septicity or septic discharge of patient given by mouth...
(6)After stomach operation wounds not healing,pain in operation scar try Staphisagria .
(7)Graphitus heal the wounds after operation[very usefull]
(8)if one cant pass the water after operation >> give one dose of Causticum 1000x and see the work of nature.

Mr perdassy,
Pyrogen is a nosode and nosode should be taken under doctor's prescription.Like Tuberculinum/Becilinum can cause dangerous aggrevation in Heart patients.Doctor can decide the potency of a nosode according to the medical history and pathology as well.

For many years ARNICA has been what I take or advise others to take before and after surgical or dental procedure.
I also give this to my dogs when they have had surgery. We all bounce back very well with little bleeding or bruising or soreness.
I recently took it for a few days before a toothe extraction and the whole thing was a piece of cake compared to having an extraction without ARNICA.
Wonderful old remedy! , don't forget to give it to your animals before and after surgery also.
