Frequent or Constant Urination

Hi,
I m male of 28 yrs of age. Unmarried but marry soon. my weight is 88 Kg and height is 5'11. I live in karachi which is usually hot. I m a computer professional.My coplexion is wheatish and slightly fatty, I m regular smoker and drinker of tea.
I had to go 3 yrs before to the cold areas of Russia where -35 or -40 degree celsius was. since then i feel no tollerant of urine. gradually it increases to frequent urination and for one week i am feeling continuous burning or irritation on the joint of my PENIS. I m going to marry soon and iam feeling very nervous because i cant control urine (which is very frequent or sometimes it is constant feeling of urination. I am now not able to sit anywhere else for long time because of this problem.I like eating all types of food. I m virgin. sweating with bad odor.I do not drink enough water. my tounge color is pink. my blood pressure is very good within normal range. I want to dominate and very emotional

I noticed that when urine is passed little amount of stool wants to pass and I felt that I m not able to pass whole urine at 1 time.

describe this problem and suggest some medicine for me.
