Facial Hair pls help

My wife has light hair on cheeks and dark ones near chin and throat. Also suffering from hair loss.She is 26 yrs old and has thinning hair. She is suffering from hirsutism I guess but havent done any medical test though.
Sir any remedy for her hair loss as well as removing unwanted hair.

Also what are tests needed to be done ?

Thanks for the reply.Please let me know where these tests can be done.I am from India.Do I go to any gynac or some other doctor.

Also any homepathic medicines for the same ?

Test are done in the Pathological Labs for which u can look in ur area.May be ur wife needs a visit to a Medical specialist or Gynacologist to get writen recommendation of the above said tests.What would the remedies depends upon the Lab Results and full case history.
