I am staying in US, so the medicine that is available is Hyland's
Arnica Montana 30c in pellets form for 80 pellets or 160 pellets. Is this the one that I should buy ?
What should be the dosage for pellets and at what time should it be taken?

Thats what Faisal suggested - Arnica Montana 30C.

Dosage is 2 pills/ globules/ pellets a day taken either on empty stomach in the morning or just before sleeping in the night. Either way make sure you dont eat/ drink 30 minutes before and after taking the medicine. Exposure to strong smells is also not advised during that time.

Having said that Vasu 750, are you sure its just the work stress thats causing BP spikes? Can you present more symptoms to the forum - Her mental, emotional & physical disposition, modalities, preferences, etc.? You may also look at some of the other posts for a set of standard questions that prescribers ask.

We have been trying to observe the blood pressure spikes over couple of weeks. When relaxed, the blood pressure is low below 120. My wife tries to keep track of everything in terms on home and work related, feeling responsible for everything. I feel that thinking too much is causing the blood pressure to keep changing. We are planning on changing the diet to reduce salt just for purpose of verifying if salt is affecting her blood pressure. She had her ECG or EKG last year during physicals and there were no issues. Heathwise in recent check-up, her blood levels, cholestrol levels are perfect. Emotionally, she is a happy and satisfied person.Let me know if you would need additional details.

Should I still go ahead and have my wife start on Arnica 30c dosage for a week?

Recently, my wife has being tring to do breathing exercises and has noticed that the spiked up blood pressure drops immediately to 120 or less than 120.

Please continue breathing exercises. If possible enrol for Art Of Living Part I course or Tej Gyan Foundation course.

Diet: Whole grains, vegetables, beans and nuts. High potassium foods: Apples, bananas, cabbage, asparagus and tomatoes. Onion, garlic and parsley are great.

You can take Arnica as suggested by Faisal as well.

Thanks very much for the response. I will have her start off on Arnica 30c and make changes in diet.

Please understand long lasting results will come only by removing the cause of the problem.

She has to have a healthy balanced routine and diet. Breathing techniques and meditations will definitely help. Soothing music and colors will also help.

She has to understand that things are happening on their own and she is only a witness NOT responsible.
