excema

I have a very affable 3 year old with severe eczema on feet and hands. Both areas are very chapped, red, and itchy.

My child is very bright and likes to play instead of falling asleep, as she is very curious.

Any help you could send would be appreciated.

When did this rash first appear? Has she been vaccinated? Are there any other complaints associated with it?
