digestive problems after stopping masturbation

i stopped masturbation about 2 months ago. but after stopping it, i am now encountering digestive problems which include bloating, pain in all parts of the body , gas , stool is sticky paste like .

i need help. if anyone else is having the same problems please respond.

I NEED HELP.
i have gone into depression thinking that there is no cure to all this.
ANYONE PLEASE HELP, I AM DESPERATE.

Meanwhile start doing these things.
.Drink lot of water.
.walk and take mild exercise.
.Check your eating habits.

i will answer the questions in the order in which you have asked them.
before, i used to masturbate much unfortunately, sometimes it was four times a day.
now, i don't masturbate at all.
well actally just after stopping masturbation, these symptoms appeared. it was maybe one of the main reasons that i stopped masturbation.
well it was first indigestion. i mean loose stool with mucus and stinging inflammation like pain in abdomen. then the bloating began.
well i go to university during the day time, then i go to sleep for a while after lunch. sometimes play badminton in the evening have dinner and sleep after dinner.
