erectile problem

I am male aged 34. Computer professional.I am married. when ever i go for sex my hardness lasts till the foreplay and drops down when I am want to enter.I do feel anxious and performance anxiety. Also I am bit obese and leads to breatlessness in between. Please suggest me medication and method to use to have long and hard errections, overcome anxiety and breathlessness

1. Lycopodium 10m weekly one dose every sunday
2. acid phos 30 thrice in a day except sunday.
3. Yohimbinum Q 10 drops thrice in a day

Pardon me Dr Deoshlok, but I can take a shot at the response to his question

Lyco 10m - in liquid form, one dose is about 3 - 5 drops in half a glass of water

Acid phos 30 - you can take liquid like above or in globules ...if you take globules, about 5 - 6 of them make up a dose

Yohim Q ....as it's clear, it's a liquid

Thanks for the valueble replies. I shall follow and post the results. One more request. Some time I do feel I lack stamina for long play in sex. Does any of the suggested medicine will help in that? If not please suggest for the same. Thanks once again

Does any of the above causes mild headaches. I dont know whether it is coincidence or its due to drugs above

The headaches may occur when your blood pressure is high because Yohim. increases blood circulation. please check it out and always try to use in in cold water.

Pardon me Dr Deoshlok, I am taking the liberty of responding to him

JincyJohnson - you can reduce your Yohim dose from 3 times to once a day. Your headaches should become better. Also do deep breathing exercise 2 - 3 times a day, will help in keeping ur BP low

sorry for replying my response late. Though there is a improvement in erections. Not much . Also Yohimbinum Q added problems to me. Intially I used to get head aches. so I confined to 1 dose. Before this I was operated for tymphanoplasty. For a while I stopped Yohimbinum Q and still found that head aches are returning. Is that Yohimbinum Q has some effect on the operated area and leading to headache( Yohimbinum Q act to stimulate headache). Intially I used to take bryonia and arnica for headche.This time they seem not much effective as before.
Please suggest what is all this
