treatment for glaucoma?

friends, i would like to know if there is effective treatment for congenital primary glaucoma in homeopathy. or are there at least homeopathic mother tinctures capable of bringing down pressure in the eye.

my nearly four year old boy has been diagnosed to be having primary congenital glaucoma by the ophthalmologists the very moment he was born. on the 56th day after his birth, surgery was performed on both his eyes to bring down intra occular pressure. an eyedrop called dorzolamide was also prescribed. his eye pressure was under control for about three months. again it began to rise. when pressure increases in his eyes, they will start bulging out and the blackness of the eye will gradually become greyish. he has no pain in his eyes.
