can a patient of hypothyroidism loses weight
dear siri m amna afzal final yr std of mbbs frm lahre pakistan.
sir my sister had a problem of hypothyroidism..4 abt 6 yeras
6 months back she did test her harmones at tht time she had a level of TSH 5.83mlU/L
dr.fasail masood endocrinolodist askd her not to take med.tht was thyroxine.
now she did tst again and the values are
total T4 87
total T3 1.72
TSH 10.83 mlU/L

Thyroid treatment.
From girilal on 2006-06-20 40 replies 286 views I use following method to treat Thyroid problems (Hypo and Hyper)
Mercurius Vivus 1M one dose each week
2 doses Iodium-3X start at each full moon for 4 days.
Spongia Tosta Q two times each day, If Spongia Tosta Q is not available then try any lowest available potency.
Psorinum-30 two times each day especially if glands of the neck are swollen or there is a pain in the neck. Re: Thyroid treatment. From sajjadakram635 on 2006-06-21 But kuldeep(i will call you by this name-- i like it)you did not mention the success rate.

Dear Dr pervas,
It is good to share other doctors experiences but it is fatal to practice formula homepathy.Why can't we find a single remedy?Just because we Keep in mind 'The Number of patient' rather than 'The Number of Cure'.The above mentioned prescription can be suitable for a specific patient but not in general.

we must do according the pholosphy ,but some time we need new expriences, so i pic up very queckly when i saw a clnicly prove treil medicins or prescription.coz i am preffrening provd thing very much.
i have learnd lot of things here from this forum, and i am trying to learn,ur kind advise must be appreicated.

Dear Amma,
I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism.Iwas litttle over weight.
Iam male 5'7'' weight 172pounds.
Doctoers suggested synthroid.But I never took it.
I started doing excercise and walking.
I walked for 1 hr daily.I took Calcarea Carb 200c may be 4 or 5 times in a 2 months period.
Intially the TSH was 8.5 then after some time ( I stay in USA where teh winter is sever for 6 months of the year . so we wont get enough sun shine and excercise.)
Then the TSH level went up to 10.5
after 4 months my TSH was just 4.5.Iam fine now.
SO ask your sister to do 1 hr walking revery day regularly and take CALCAREA CARB 200 1 A WEEK FOR 4 WEEKS .She should be fine.
