Low sperm count and sluggish motility of sperm

My brother in law is having low sperm count and sluggish motility rate of semen. Please suggest the medicines for the same. He is also having problems in having proper erection and having premature ejaculation issues also.

Please try him PTK-40 ( a production of Schewebe Germenay) 20 drops per dose four times a a day and report after one week with fully semen analysis.

Can you please advise the correct name of the medicine PTK-40 ( a production of Schewebe Germenay).

Here at local homeopathy they are unable to identify this.

Request you to give the correct name. What is the expansion of PTK???.

I,m 32yrs old and was diagnosed with a low sperm count.
Macroscopic observation:
Liquefaction. The semen liquefied fully within 60minutes.
Appearance:Grey Opalescent
Viscosity: Non viscous
Volume: 3.5ml
PH:8
Microscopic examination:
Direct microscopy: Spermatozoa 15-20/hpf seen.
leucocytes 1-2/hpf seen
Motility: only 2% have rapid and progressive motility with majority immotile.
Sperm Count: 2.1 million per ml
Morphology: The majority(80%) appears abnormal with;
-Tapered ,distorted and tiny heads
-Tiny and coiled necks.
Impression: Oligoasthenozoospermia
