Increase in Height after gaining puberty in girls
HiI have a 11 yrs old daughter who just started with her periods.She is just 143 cms and her weight is 30Kgs. Is there any medication that could help her with gaining inches..If Yes how much height can be gained and pls help me with the medication & dose.

dear mr .i don,t have like this father .i appre you .she is just 11 so don,t worry she can grow untill 18 but u should take care of her so,tell her to follow some diet that helps a lot. at 7or6 morning give her health food in a lot amount.at 12 or 1 lunch some juicies and normal food at 6 dinner in a small amount .this should at regualy time everyday.and tell her to eat 8 time a day but lite and health snacks give her lots of milk and water .and some execise .that will helps a lot if you want to see the result in few month by medication at this age i can tell u good healthy natural wihout any side affect medicine just ask me

hi! i m here. just give her some amino acid pills .i commend u to give her l-arginine it is natural amino acid which is scientificly proved .that help to grow taller and help to grow there bones . i hear a new that a girl who take the pill in age 16 just one dose and she grow 4 inch within 6 month.so be carefully it help to grow overall .then ur became more taller and bigger. don't worry it will not help to put some fat.it can reduce fat.but it help to gain weight in bones

it help to increase all the hormones in our boby special the hgh (growth hormones)that help to put some weight and all the parts of the body gets bigger , helps to republish the skin too. so it helps overall. now some adult or old people also take this for anti aging in all the ways.may u can also take this. but own i recommended not to take it .because as soon as after puberty the hormones will be increase in high level. if u need the execise and diet for increase height and weight i can give u .sorry for late reply

my age is 16 years in my height is just 4'10. I want to increase my height upto5'1. I do cycling daily in evening but it shows no effect. My parent's height is all not that much but above 5'1. I really need all of your help for my daughter, my daugher is 8 years old 60 Pounds, height 4.2 and Dr. said she is in process of early pruberty , she also has some hair on her private part and underarm. We are really worried about her. Dr said they cannot do anything except stop Pruperty process take injection every 3 months, we are starting from this week. During my reseach I foun this positin which gave me some hope, coz you guys already Remedies and Process .. can you please advice what really worked for you to increase the height. It's an epidemic i.e. early puberty being caused by using steroid laden dairy & poultry.
As a first step, try to use dairy & poultry products which are not injected with steroids & growth hormones.
Homeopathy won't be able to do much if the ingestion of steroids is not stopped first.

So no medicine will be helpful i did have early puberty but i use dairy products which are without steroids

1.She had good apetite.
2.feels hot more.
3.feel to skip bathing.
4.waits patiently when needed.
5.Dont feel much anger.
6.forgive easily.
7.feel tensed if dont get good marks.
8.No fear from water height,darkness.
9.urinate on the bed upto 4th -5th class.
9.In her childhood she was not late in growing teeth,walking,brain development.she is a normal growing child.
