Nasal Congestion without runny nose

Hi,

I have the same symptoms as specified in the forum 'http://abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/138482/'.

I am still not sure what medicine should I take. Currently I am using allopathy nasal drop 'Xylometazoline hydrochloride', which helps me to take good sleep in the night.

A quick help would be appreciated.
