Hormone-related acne

Hi! I am 23 years old and I have recently been struggling with moderately bad acne. I had mild acne before (a couple blemishes at once, usually) and tried proactiv and other topical treatments but none of them were completely effective. Then I went on the birth control pill Yasmin, as recommended by my doctor, to fix it. It was great. My skin was very clear the year that I was taking Yasmin. Now I don't want to be taking prosthetic hormones anymore, so I stopped and it's been six weeks. I now have a pretty bad acne problem. Is there anything I can take to regulate my hormone imbalance and clear up my skin?

i bought sepia 6c, i think the brand is boiron. the pills taste like sugar and you are supposed to dissolve 5 of them in your mouth 3 times a day. should i change this?
