weight loss

Hello Sir/ Ma'am,

i am 29yrs, married & mother of two boys aged 4yrs and 16months resp.Presently living in Italy...I saw this site and wanted to get some information on my health.
Both my two pregnancies ended on cesareans...but my stomach is yet so large that people tend to ask me whether i am expecting! It embarasses me very much. Above my navel is bloated and looks as if i am 8months pregnant. Below my navel the muscles are very flabby. I am also over weight and am on a diet and have managed to lose 7kgs and am targetting another 7kgs which seems very hard to shed! My greatest problem is my stomach...My gynecologist said that it would take time...but i want to get rid of this terrible stomach of mine. Please please help!

Thanking you in advance..
