14months with red patches

my 14months old girl has got red spots grupped together to form red patches. It looks like an eczema but the skin is not dry.The patches are very small at the back of her knee, elbows and arms. A month ago I noticed kind of an allergic reacton at her back, the skin was sore and dry but not that dry to flake.I started using a milder shower product and it got better. But lastweek she got ill with bronchitis and fever and she had to take an antibiotic. Now that she stopped taking it these spots came out.
She gets gets a cold with stuffed nose and cough whenever ther is windy weather. She's always warm. She's impatient and gets frustrated very easily. She has regular sleep patterns and she empties her bowell twice daily, once in the morning a couple of hours after waking up and once in the late afternoon.
she loves cheese and milk, drinks water all the time. She also likes lemon juice. She sleeps on her stomach with her buttocks a bit lifted.
Untill today she got ill with laryngitis, bronchitis.
Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
First you pay attention towards her bronchites that might injure her in future, so give her a single drop of Aconite napp. 30 twice a day followed by Sulphur 30 early in the morning daily at least for two-three days then report me soon.
