Is gelsemium CM the strongnest poetency for stage fright???If not which one is,? Also is it safe to take?

A CM should not be taken, unless in exceptional cases.
If it is anywhere close to being the similimum and you are sensitive enough, a CM will cause horrendous aggravations.
For stage fright just a couple of 30C doses would do IF it is the indicated remedy.

what about 200c?? i already tried 30c, didnt really do much..

The remedies indicated for stage fright are
Silicea, Gels, Arg-n, Lycopodium and Carbo-Veg.
Read the personality profiles carefully , and then take 2-3 doses of 30C potency that remedy and stop.
Then wait for 2-3 weeks for results
