Low sperm Motility

Hi
My husband is diagnosed with asthenozoospermia.
Semen Analysis report shows
Volume 1.00 cc

Concentration 121/ml
Forward progression Moderat
Motility
Excellent 10%
Good 20%
Poor 10 %
Immotile 60%
Please advice any good medicine for increasing the motility.docotrs are saying us for IVF.Do you think he needs any further hormonal investigations.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
did he suffer from any injury or any major disease in the past which could be related to this.

what is his job? sometimes, exposure to radiations also reduce the motility.

suggest, DAMIANA-Q some 15 drops thrice a day for a month.

check motility after about 45 days.
