Dry skin and bad knees

The skin on my hands and feet are really dry. My nails are fragile and thin but grow fairly quickly. I can get mad as hell at my husband and feel like I am the one who is supposed save the world. I am pretty tired but try to exercise and go swimming. My knees are hurting lots resently. I had arthoscopic surgery on the right knee some 17 years ago and was told that I would need a knee replacement. I would surely like some help so I don't need to have surgery. I live in a dry, near dessert area of the USA and I am close to my 60th birthday.

Dear Deoshok- I am sorry I didn't get to you sooner but I did find 200 petrolem a week ago. I have taken it as you said and I do feel better. I am much less tired and I get around much more (and faster!). My skin is still very dry but it is sort of better. My nails still are breaking but are more stonger then they 1st were. One thing that did turn around is my dry and flaky area in between my eyebrows and near the sides of nose and mouth. It was a type of exzema and now its all gone!! Thank you so much. Now, my friend, what should I do now?
