Weidht: 62kg

I'm software engineer. I mostly sleep late (almost 2AM), and wake up at 10AM. I feel my mind is not fresh and I feel sleepy and weak (physically and mentally).
I feel myself sexaully weak too, erection is not hard and for little time period.
Please suggest some advises and remedy for me.
