Chronic Nose Block
Hello Everyone,I am Harini. My age is 27...Please suggest me remedies for the chronic
problem I am suffering from. I would be very thankful for any help in
this regard. Please find below my medical history and a detailed
description of my problem
1) I am suffering from severe nose block since 1997( i.e, since 11
years)
2) I had two surgeries in the past, one for DNS and one for revision of
first surgery but the problem still persisted after the surgeries.
Infact it became more worse.
3) I have a tendency to catch cold easily. I can't stand cold weathers
and I suffer from nasal tone and cold almost all through the year.
4) I like sweets, cold drinks, chocolates and ice creams a lot but my
problem gets aggravated when I take those things.
5) My right nostril gets more blocked than the left nostril and I feel
like blowing it very often and I feel like something is stuck in my
right nostril.
6) I get irritated very easily and I feel very irritable because of the
continuous nose block and I cannot concentrate on anything.
7) My right ear also feels heavy and I feel some pain and pressure in
it when my right nostril gets blocked more.
8) I have a lot of sticky mucous forming in my nose. Its very thick in
consistency and sometimes its like a mucous ball. Usually its
transparent or white in color but when I catch cold its yellow or slight yellow
in color.
9) I have a tendency to sleep on one side that is I turn to the left
side and sleep...that way I feel my right nostril will get opened. If by
mistake in sleep I turn to the right side then there will be pressure
in the right nostril and when I wake up my whole right nostril gets
infected with mucous and I feel terrible the whole day.
10) I am very allergic to dust and my problem gets aggravated when I am
exposed to dirt.
11) I get irritated with loud noises and usually try to go away from
such places where there is loud music or noise.
Please help me by suggesting suitable remedies

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You are advised to take three doses of Calcarea Carb 30C on a single day. No more doses after these 3.
Space the doses by 2-3 hours, and no eating/drinking/brushing teeth for 45 mins on either side of each dose.
Report status 1 week after these doses.

Nux vom 2ooc one dose daily at bedtime for 3 days only.Notice change in symptoms and post back after 1 week.(2 drops or 2 pellets in 1 tbs of warm water).

These symptoms contra-indicate Nux Vomica.
Silicea is the remedy which comes out strongest from the mental symptoms you have given.
