Crying/Emotional Crisis

I recently left my husband of 12 years and moved out, with my children spending time at both homes. I have been pretty strong and resolute about my decision until the past 2 days - now I am totally overwhelmed and feel like crying all the time (which I do!). I am thinking I need Sepia, any other suggestions?

Either remedy may help. Two doses 2 hours apart will tell you which.
Ignatia is for grief. Divorce is like a small death.
Sepia is for woman that is likely to cry while telling of problems.

Get some Bach Rescue Remedy at the health store. Take half a dropper several times a day until soothed.

Find a support group. There are dozens of them to sit and talk to let yourself kow you are not alone, and it is OK to grieve for what you have "lost."

Evidently you have held back in anger and it has finally come out in depression.

I have visited many support groups to see what they do. It is a good thing. Sabra

You are not going to let this person ruin your life are you? It is your life to be who YOU want to be. Blessings, Sabra
