Neurofibroma swellings in hands

Dear all,
I am 24 old man, unmarried, I have small & large swellings in hand and few small emerging swellings in both the hands. These swellings are completely painless, but looks very odd. These sometimes depress me a lot. I consulted few homeopaths and the suggested to take calc. flour 6x thrice a day with warm water. I have taken it for more than I year, but there is no cure. PLEASE HELP ME. I sometimes get very depressed concerning this matter. I am presently doing MTech and hopes to peruse Phd.I am also a classical musician and play flute.
I am a good looking man, and love to wear t-shirts, but only due to the swellings I feel very bad to do so in public. please help me and suggest a cure for it. My only hope lies here only.
