Acute whole body eczema in 2yr old.Plz help

Hello,
I am Dhanya from India.My baby boy, 2yrs, has beens suffering from eczema from his 2nd month.Initially it was on legs and face as small red spots and we started using steroids as per doctors recommendation.But the affected area and severity of the eczema rashes kept on increasing.NO water oozing from re rashes.
By the time he was 1yr 6 mnths,his whole body was covered with rashes.we tried ayurvedic treatment,it is herbal,which was intented for blood purification,but immediately after the medicines his rashes increased like anything with water oozing out of it and with whole body swelling,his face was puffed up,legs and hands almost double size and his urination reduced to 2 times a day than the normal 7-9 times.His skin stated peeling off ,atlest one layer of complete skin from head to toe used to peel off in a day.We continued the same herbal treatment for 2 months with no reduction in sympoms,ayurvedic docs said that there is too much toxin in his body.
We couldnt stand the sight of such a small kid suffering and went back to allopathic medicines.This time he was given oral steroid predinisol.continued for 3 weeks.his swelling was gone but his skin didnt come back to normal soft texture.But after stoping steroids the rashes came back n he was put on topical steroid creams which too didnot completely remove the rashes.
He is 2yr now
We have applied almost all paediatric steroids on his body,but his system gets used to any medicine in matter of weeks n stops responding to it.None of the anti-histamines or anti allergans have any effect on him,it does not stop itching or sedate.
The nature of rashes are not so severe,skin peels off but pus formation was never there,just red open skin wounds no yellow color,and skin heels very fast in matter of hrs if he doesnot scrach and open it again.the worst thing is the swelling on his body with reduced urination and itching. it follows a cycle when swelling is there the wounds r less n when swelling comes down the skin crumbles and peels off like anything ..then again the swelling comes..
Right now, his eyes,face,legs stomach,hands are swollen ,with red rashes and water oozing from head and legs and hands basically when ever he itches water oozes out of the wounds.
we have consulted around 6-7 top child specialist and 4-5 top dermatologist.. but none of them was able to explain his swelling or eczema.we have done a complete urine test on him and results came out fine.his system is fine except for skin.

He was a very active baby before sever attack of eczema 6 months back after tryin ayurvedic.he eats both seeet and spicy food.no purticular likes or dislikes very adjusting.Loves food and eats well without struggle.He is not at all active these days ,doesnot play ,just want to hug me n sit or sleep all the time..
If you have ant suggessions to improve his condition... please please let us know..
For past one month we r not using any steroids and met a homeopath.He is trying on medicines and no major reduction is observed.I dont know the names of medicines as the dotor provides medicine,except arnica 30.Tried arnica 30 for swelling 4pills 3times a day but swelling slightly increased.so stopped that.
