Please dont depend on homeopathic medicine,consult with a cardiologist near to you.After monitoring your bp he will surely suggest you some medicine.Take those medicine as par advice of doctor to avoid excess bad cholesterol you can take Arjun Q 10 drops mixing with 30ml of pure drinking water 3 times a day with other medicines.You have to maintain a diet chart.Please avoid all kinds fatty meat i mean cow,goat and other animal or bird those have excess fat.Take more vegitable mixed with several vegitables that are not harmful to you,to avoid cardiac ischemia or cardiac stenosis.Sorry my eng is not so well cause i have no enough resource.Thank you,malaker
