please help with regard to weight loss
helloi m overweight want to reduce weight .i have ligament tear from past 4years now on treatment physiotherapy where they have thought me few exercises .i m 90./. k now .but i cant go 4 brisk walk i can do moderate walking m taking homeo medicines for more than 10 years have tried all kinds of diet but it wont help .i fell sick many times when i was on diet .I have sinus, tonsils problem if eat fruits i fall sick .my body is typical i can understand my constitution .can i take some homeopathic medicines for weight loss . i m 21 female 5'3 70 kgs.i am a student. my doctor gave me belly tone tablets can i take it right now i m not taking it .can u suggest me some good tablets? by taking homeopathic medicine will i put on weight ? i m totally confused as some told me any medicine u put into your mouth will have calories and will put on weight .is it so ? will homeopathic medicine put on weight?
My doctor has given me belly tone tablets. Its composition graphaties 30c ,kali mur 30c,podophyllum 30c,sepia 30c,tujha Occ 30 c.i gain weight when i get tensed. I m a student .please help in weight loss .can i take bellytone tab 4 weight loss ?can u suggest me some good medicines except this belly tone .I need to reduce because my weight is straining my knee where I have ligament tear. now my leg problem is ok but I wont reduce it will come again.
I have tonsillitis problem form 11 years .I had chronic problem 3-4 years back. Due to repeated tonsillitis I used get joints pain so I told its rheumatic fever .i was advise to take penidure injections to avoid further complications .so I m taking the injection from 2 years. Before taking injections I was on homeopathic treatment .now I have gained resistance I dont get frequent fever and throat injections .i have calcium deficiency from by birth since I have leg injury I need calcium .can I take calcarea phos 6x.?can I take belly tone tablets ? can u suggest me any other tablet which will be suitable for me? I cant understand my body type ?its difficult for me to reduce when I diet and exercise .my body wont reduce so easily compared to others. I dont have thyroid problem I go it checked reports are normal .my periods are regular .i m quite healthy except that I get cold and sore throat sometimes by body needs vit c but I eat citrus fruits my body wont accept it I will get tonsillitis, sinus, fever some times.please guide me in regard to weight

2.take 3-4 glass of warm water
3. increase the liquid diet instead of solid foods.

right now i have lung infection ,sinus .i need to take tablets for it first .my homeo doctor gave me some medicine today .she gave me ipecof ,nat sulph and one more medicine it starts from a i dont know the full name as it written in shot form it to get rid of phleum .
so can i take nat phos along with the other medices for sinus and lung infection .as i saw in other posts that nat phos 6x is sensitive medicine .will nat phos work as antidote with other medices for sinus and lung infection .

thanks for the reply .i have tried lemon juice with honey it wont suite me as i hv tonsillitis .i get throat pain ,sore throat, sinus all cold related problems, fever if i take lemon with honey .
i asked my homoeopath whether nat phos can be taken along with the other medicines what she gave.she checked out with some homeo reference book there she could not find anything on nat phos antidote (i mean the medicines clashing with nat phos ).i guess the doctors in this forum keep updating their knowlege and the information in this forum is very helpful .
doctors have lot of experience treating so many patients i hope i can find the solution from doctors in this forum. Maybe you people can help me with my problem as i dint get any information from my homeopath as she dint know much about this . u people must have come across this kind of problem as u have treated many people giving nat phos 6x the wonder drug.

last time u had replied my post .my reply was too kidish i become very emotional that i cant take nat phos right now .i am sorry for my last posts .
i started thinking with a cool mind i realised that there is no hurry .i have to take homeo treatment for about 1-3 months when i finish this treatment i will start taking nat phos 6x.
as u had advised me i am going for walk .
i am taking papaya and am eating salads .
i will get back to to later.
i will take nat phos 6x mabe afer a 2 months or so i will tell the result after 1 month .

i cant mix both treatment i need to take the present treatment for 2-3 months so will take nat phos 6x mabe after 3 months i will report you later when i take nat phos 6x.
