treatment for my ?vertiginous symtoms

In last week of September 2007, I had an episode of severe spinning sensation and I sat down within my head but did not have nausea and did not vomit. Was in computer then. Lasted for about less than a minute or so. Had severe palpitations during the episode (not sure because of the anxiety or an accompanying symptom) went to doctor He gave Stugeron and something else. Two days later had some terrifying sensation within my body while standing and looking into the cupboard. Nothing was spinning but had palpitations and a feeling of being stupefied and had to sit down. Then went to my neurologist he said its vestibular neuronitis. Gave vitamins and emidoxyn. For the next fifteen days or so I was totally fine without any symptom or anything. Was doing all my work as usual. Then around October middle while shopping I came out of the lift I had a sudden sensation that I was lifted up and put down. It was just for a second then in November middle. Next day evening was reading in the computer. Had the spinning sensation again with some severe uneasiness in my chest and palpitations. My neurologist again told i was anxious and suggested relaxation therapy. I used to have severe - not sure whether it is nausea or heartburn- in mornings and sometimes in evenings. I get up but after getting dressed I used to feel so like OH MY GOD and take rest. My food intake reduced. No appetite despite doing work. My blood tests and USG were normal. Then in December middle again i got the sensation of being lifted up and down while standing. Then on the symptom has become a continuous affair. In the sense while I stand I feel something passing under my feet. A shudder. If I walk fast and stop I feel something going out and coming in. MRI brain and cervical spine was normal. I was referred to an ENT specialist. My hearing and ENG tests were normal. He said might be decompensation vestibular dysfunction or otolitic disturbance and said it ll get all right. So I was fine thinking the symptoms will start subsiding. But things started getting worse. Day by day my mental confusion and clouding increased. Mornings if woken up i could see the ceilings and walls shaking. Will not be able to wake up and stand straight though nothing would be spinning around me I used to feel very giddy and extremely disoriented. Feeling shaky and rocking all the time. I tried to study despite all these but concentration was sub zero. Head felt as if weighing very heavy. Was not able to stand and do things. Feeling extremely giddy. Then in last week of January vomited once. Symptoms were like if I keep my legs together and shake them I feel like being pulled into the ground. But after my supplements and a better diet I have started feeling better. The visual symptoms have reduced very well. All my gastric complaints have subsided well. Appetite has improved well. But this one symptom is wrecking my life. While standing or walking or turning and doing things while standing I feel being pushed or pulled or tilted or a wave passing under my feet which lasts very brief maybe only less than a second. Feels like going up and down. Not able to do things fast. Now on homeopathic treatment (the doctor says its not merely an inner ear problem and its generalized fatigue of the nerves) and a little better but those symptoms have not gone yet. Whenever I walk I don’t feel firm on the ground. i keep thinking only about my walking and those symptoms. Not feeling fit and firm while standing and doing things. I want relief from this symptom please.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
have you tried CANNABIS INDICA.

if not, you can take some 30C doses and see the difference.

if you feel good after eating, LACHESIS can also work.
