Yes I agree with what you are saying, but have no Idea of sexual ability decrease or impotency at the moment as I am not married but yes you maybe right I might have a decrease in desire, i thought maybe it is over work. However the constant irritation in the urethra and feeling that must hasten the urethrea or few drops my flow is also a symptom,

I took sulphur for 2 days. No difference at all! In my opinion, what happens is that when i urinate I feel like there is still urine in my urethra which is not discharging. then after when i come and sit down i feel that there is a drop still in the urethra, and then after 20 mins or so , I feel now there is more urine at the base of my urethrea and then it irritates/ tickles, so i need to urinate.
I used to have burining and sever irritation all the time but they are gone now, that was cured by cantharis.

another thing i would like to tell here
Is that i started of with cantharis 30 , when i was severly in a very bad condition my urethrea was burning a lot and also had to urinate every few mins.
In a week I had improved 80 %, then the my medicine finished, so i decieded to take cantharis 200 so that maybe it could cure the last 20% which was not going away.
I took it twice a day, but after few days i think it was overdosed so i stopped it and then felt a bt better at 2-3 days. then i took cantharis 200 after a gap of 3 days, It felt much much better.
That was the time when i put u the first question on the forum.
I was convinced about cantharis, cause when i read the medicine description symptoms i was shocked almost 99% of the problems i face are given there.!
that is why I asked for cantharis, but if it causes impotency i will never take it, i can tolerate anything but not spoil my married life :)

I also think clematis erecta is very close to my symptoms,
speially that i have noticed that i am very very sleepy at night and waking up in the morning is very difficult, also weakness in muscles near the knee , lower thighs, I used to play a lot of football but now its very difficult, as i feel my knees do not have enuff power, recently i also noticed that i can not sit while folding my legs. The elasticity is very less now.
to add my old problems also i have scalp troubles, it is very dry and the skin tears off in chunks like dandruff. but that is genetics as my parents had this problem.

now this medicine is looking very good, as i have to clean my nostrils all the time as they are dry and get filled with loathes all the time. maybe this is an important hint, also that a drop sees impossible to discharge while urinating, that is very important hint and also great weakness.
doctor, cant i take 2-3 medicines which are close together by seeing if they are complementary to each other or not? in 30 potency?

when i pass stool, the itching gets transferred from rectum to urethra, resulting in serious urge to urinate to cool the itch.
please advice now

I think you are right that the desire has gone down, which previosuly was very high. It is very hard to get to the penis into the extended postion due to the fact that the moment i think that way a the sense coming from the base of the uretra which feels that i must keep my urethra base closed so that urine drops might leak in, actually that sense is not going. my penis is only busy in not letting the urine drops come in, which if i try to let the base membranes of the urethra to relax, a drop of urine creeps in to the urethra,
and to get into the extended penis postition you must relax your muscles and not think about it. but I can not relax as i feel urethra will be full of urine.
other than that i think my sexual potency is normal, I have no problems with erection or strength.
Normally I wake up in the morning my penis is fully hard and erect. so I think that my penis has no problem other than the constant thinking of hastening the entrance of urine into to the urethra that pre occupies it , can not think about sex
Also i have studied my symptoms now and tried explain more. I think my main probelm is with stool, my stool normally comes with pressure like dirreoah, When i pass it out only few scraps come out and the rest is constipated, when i try to push, the burning starts and like fire moves into the urethra.
I cannot digest food well. however soem time back I took petroleum, and it had great effetcs on my stool. i think my stool got a lot better, and more close to normal with less burning. but its was not improving my urethra so i swithced to cantharis.

Oh yes i forgot to mention , i visited a homeopathic doctor a year back, he got a blood test done, he told me that i had small ulcers in my intestine, and the blood test proved that right!
he gave me some medicines which improved the condition of the left sided pain and burning , but the urine problem was not so sever back then, now it is a problem.
no family history of any disease.

and yes i also remember in the test report the doctor said that around 55 should be normal, but i had higher than that.
so he concluded that i had ulcers, stopped me from meat and spices and told me to take care, after few days the problem got better but not the urine problem.
but still i was not satisfied by the stool , so i looked for other options, today i am here.
I can get any other tests done if u wish so!

U better find out ur reports or atleast know the exact parameters so that i could come to some conclusion.

well kali can be right as i feel also that the irritation is more thorny and cutting. (i think its an indication for kali)

both the medicines you told i have read, and i must appreciate the fact that your insight is very commendable, I think you know exactly what the problem is, but to move forward what results/ reports would you need?

Ur itching and cutting pain is somehow linked with intestinal infection which is not being treated in the right direction and has effected other organs functioning.
As i live in Islamabad u can visit if get a chance.
Liver test,urine R/E and culture might help in ur case.Further depends upon the values of tests.Avoid meat all type,rice,fried and junk foods as they can aggravte ur sufferings.
