Picric Acid for Parkinson

Dear Doctors / Friends,
I gave my father Picric Acid 200 for almost a week but no change was noticed after which it was discontinued.

About a month ago his condition detoriated.
He stopped talking and was in some kind of daze. His mouth was open and he was just staring.
I called up his Neurologist who is out of country who told me on phone that he is probably suffering from Urine Infection. A Urine D/R confirmed that he had severe infection. A Culture was done but the antibiotics were so Toxic that the Dr. advised not to give them as they could affect his kidney function. Again another Culture was done from another lab. The two Antibiotics that were Susceptible were Amikacin and Nitrophunitoin. The Doctor prescribed both but now two weeks after the antibiotic course his culture again shows that he has infection and his concentration has not completely returned either.
I gave him a combination of Nat Mur 6x and Apis 30 for a week which got rid of the severe feet swelling but no other change was noticed. Now he looks very thin and ill.
Also he has his hands in tight fists. By which his own nails are damaging his palms.
Please advise.
Thanks n best regards,
