Dr Mahfooz,
I am a computer programmer suffering from several problems. The problems which I am facing are below
1) Blocked nose since three years, I can't sleep without the nasal decongestant spray (using since three years) -- For this I have tried traditional medicines, Unani medicines and homeopathy medicines as well -- I have consulted to three different homeopathic doctors and they have tried many medicines some of them which I remember are
Piper nigrum - liquid for steam inhalation
Arsenic Alb - 1M
Natrum Sulph - 1M
Teucrium - 1M
Nux vomica - 200
Avena Sativa - 200
But no results, and when I did
an XRAY for PNS it is showing the HYPERTROPHY of turbinates and no deviation in septum.
2) The second problem I am facing is recursive cold and cough , generally greenish in color
3) Dry eyes - an eye specialist has prescribed me artificial tears
4) Vertigo and imbalance while walking or changing the head position, sometimes just focusing from one point to another causes a feel like I will fall down.
5) Severely tired -- Everyday in the evening I feel like I am very very tired mentally as well as physically even if I don't work too hard. My general health is OK and my blood CBC shows everything in normal range.
6) Stiff neck and shoulder
7) Pain and burning in and around eyes and often headache backside
8) Feeling like a tight band around the head ,feels like stiffness under the scalp of head
9) Little pain in the left ear. outside of the ear drum not inside
10) Easily become irritated with loud noise
11) Sleep is not good , my ENT doctor says your sub-consiuos mind does not sleep while you are sleeping.
Age - 27yrs
sex - Male
Marital status - married
works on computer for about 7 to 8 hours a day
No major disease
Removal of Tonsils in childhood
Weight - 89 Kgs
Exercise - whenever get free time
spectacles -- 0.5 number
For Sinus related symptoms I ahve consulted many times an ENT doctor , he always gives me some anti-biotics , which gives me some relief but it recurs again after some time.
Doctors, please suggest some good and suitable medicines for me.

Hi Imtiyaz,
You should take only one dose of Thuja 1M and follow it with Kali Bi 30 thrice daily continuously for one week then reply back.

Thanks for the reply. Just one doubt , Thuja 1M is for only one day or only first day and not for the entire week or daily ?? is it correct ?? |
