Nasal Congestion without a cold or runny nose...?

I’ve had nasal congestion since July 07 and I'm getting a little frustrated.

Dr. recommended Flonase and Claritin but I've been taking it for a month now with no sign's of improvement.

It seems as one of my nostrils is always congested and I have not been able to breathe clearly for almost a year now.

I do a lot of free diving (breath hold) on the weekend and once I'm under (water) pressure, some of the congestion comes down into the mask but it never clears up. It's really frustrating because it's affecting my breath hold abilities.

At work there's a lot of dust and it's mostly from old cardboard boxes that are over 10-15 years old. I work at a facility that keeps medical records for a government hospital and I'm in direct contact with the dust every day.

Male, 23 years old

5’11” 220lbs

I’ve never had any allergies before, just the common cold.

Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

please take SILICEA 30C one dose every day for a week and report the changes.

if you note any changes and improvements, please discontinue the remedy.

Thank you,

Do I need a prescription for SILICEA...?

generally, the pharmacies do not ask for prescriptions of homeopathic remedies.
