Sexual problem

Dear Doctors

I am 53 and having diabetes and controling by food without madicine from last 18 months. But from last 3 months I have little erection and no hardness. After discharge I fee very tired and heart pulpitations become fast (110 or 100). Siemens is also thin.
Kindly advise.

please take DAMIANA-Q some 15 drops three times a day in empty stomach.

take it for for 2 weeks and when you become normal, you can discontinue the remedy.
