Difference between 3x and 3

Hello Doctors
I noticed that some of you doctors discribe the potency in x and some of without x.

Is there some significant difference or they are same.
As per my knowledge x is denoted for biocamic.

For Alopecia, one doctor in this forum prescribe Selenium 6x,
Silice 3x,
Nat Mur 6x.

Are these homepathy or biocamic.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
IS x available for biocamic.

Is 3x is equal to 3c????????

x refers to the decimel scale of potentising whereas the c refers to the centicimal scale.

if you do not specify the potentising scale, by default it means the centicimal scale.

its based on greek numerical system.

IS decimel scale for Biocamic and centicimal scale for homeopathy?
Or something else??

Biochemic tissue salts are always made in 'X' potency only.

However homeopathic medicines are available both in 'x' and 'c' scale.

Basically tissue salts too are made the same way as homeopathic medicines.
