Eye Floaters and Discomfort
Hello,I had Lasik surgery more than 2 years ago. Since then, while my visual acuity is good, I have some other general discomfort with my vision -
1. Soreness of the eye and around it
2. Dryness and itchiness - inner eyelids burn
3. A lot of floaters that are visible and bothersome
4. The blood vessels are more visible
5. Eyestrain and mild headaches
6. A general feeling of not being able to see very well (though acuity is good)
These symptoms are worse in my left eye.
I would be much obliged if someone could recommend a treatment.

Update after 10 days -
As per j k mohla's advice, I took arg nit, but since I did not have 30c remedy, I took the 200c. Instead of 30c twice daily, I took 200c once every morning.
This is how my symptoms have changed-
1. Soreness of the eye and around it - REDUCED SIGNIFICANTLY
2. Dryness and itchiness - inner eyelids burn . REDUCED LITTLE
3. A lot of floaters that are visible and bothersome - NO CHANGE
4. The blood vessels are more visible - REDUCED LITTLE
5. Eyestrain and mild headaches - NO CHANGE
6. A general feeling of not being able to see very well (though acuity is good)-NO CHANGE
Should I continue with arg nit 200c or should I try something else ? Please advise.
