Very confused......endometriosis

hello,
i suffer from endometriosis since 2004, having a chocolate cyst in my right ovary.my pains are not frequent, but there are like as period may come,and a strange pain feeling like there was vinegar in the right ovary.when this stops, my urethra does muchle spasm and i feel like i want to go to the bathroom for urine.this calms with warmness and it happens at night.i have a sessitivity to cold, especially in winter, and immediatelly my lower abdomen pains.Ido also suffer from candida, all the time, only when i am in intercouse.it starts with pain in the vagina like discomfort and the other day in the lower apdomen.
As a character i am anxious, easiry irratated, nervous, but i am also patient.My main characteristic is that i delay my appointmens, or obbligations, i am a close person,but i laugh very easily, cry very easily, i help people when i can, i am not shelfish for others.i am for myself.i want things to be done as better as they can.
i tried lyc, carcinocin, thuja, lachesis and sepia with my hopeopath in greece but no results.
Do you have any suggestions?

I forgot to tell you that i have constipation (very soft ) it feels like my intestine is not empty and that gas stay in the uper stomach so sometimes i feel discomfort.

Sorry but do you mean 4 tablets daily in 2 doses (2 in the mornig and 2 in the evenig , 30 c potency each one?)I want to be correct.
