Plastic droppers!

Hello, I have a question. I recently purchased some Reckeweg homepathy liquid bottles. Interestingly, it seems these days bottles come with inbuilt plastic droppers that dispense single liquid drops. When I grew up as a child, my family was a big believer in homepathy, and I seem to remember that plastic was supposed to spoil the effect of homeopathy liquids. I am only recently re-discovering my interest in homeopathy and noticed that these days all these bottles come with dispensers built in (I recollect, in older days, one would use a glass angle). Does this not harm the liquid ?

with all respect to sajjid but Instead of plastic use glass as plastics are known to cause aggravation. For example When I took Nat-mur 30 from a plastic bottle I saw nettle rash appear on my hands, my lips crack to the point of bleeding which was set right within 3 days of stopping the medicines.

Sajjad is right.

The aggravation you described could have happened even if you took the medicine from a glass vial.

The fact that you got accessory symptoms from taking Nat.mur doesn't prove that the plastic bottle is the culprit.

Food grade plastic is as good as glass to store homeopathic remedies.

Dear Murhy sir,
I had bought nat.mur 30 for this nagging cold. originally it came in a dark coloured bottle and as long as I took them from the bottle there were no problems. But carrying them in a bottle was cumbersome so I bought some new plastic bottles from the pharmacist. It is only when I took them from the plastic bottle I experienced the aggravations. I consulted a homeo doctor who confirmed my suspicions of plastic being the culprit. Maybe an isolated incident but thought will post it here since the question had been raised...........!

If the bottle and dropper is prepared from food grade plastic, that cant reach any harm.Recently all over the world and even Boericke & Tafel,USA from the year 1835 has been using plastic cap and inside dropper. No such aggravation has yet been noticed.Presently more improved food grade plastic containers are being used by the different pharmaceuticals for their products. Thanks, malaker
