Hi patient are you confirmed its the nasal polypus or tumor in nose.If it is polypus you can take sanguinaria nitricum 3x 1 tab 3times a day ie mrng,noon n night before half an hour of food.Collect the medicine made by willmar schwabe,Germany and continue it upto 3 months.Its safe to use,no harm.Thanks,malaker
