arnica and nursing

Is it safe to take arnica 30c while nursing? I saw it suggested on an old post.

Some background for the question.
I'm 43 yo female with a list of symptoms
which started in early 2005. Most concerning is the extreme hair loss 70% over 3 years. My head feels like it is on fire sometimes or a million paper cuts.
Itching and pumps. The' pumps' biospy
revealled lympocytes. Only shampoo I
can use is 'trader Joes' brand with rosemary. I rise with club soda and add baking soda for really itchy spots. However nothing stops the itch.
Other symptoms hands and feet feel
swollen ( tingle) but they don't look swollen.
Right side of body seems worse.

Blood work
Low globulin proteins
Low immunoglublins (IGG and IGA) maybe genetic.
Thyroid has been normal for 3 years.

I don't want to stop nursing yet but need to get some pain control.

Thanks
