Crying alot

Hi, My oldest son is very sensitive. He worries alot, gets worked up at night and is scared he won't be able to sleep because of bad dreams. Most nights like this he will come down several times crying. He crys easily over worrying about something, us dying. Fair skin, blue eyes, Big eight year old. Weighed in at 10 lbs and 7 oz. at birth. Not overweight looks much older than most eight year olds. Little bumps on back of arms and chest. Any help would be appreciated.

Thought I might add to this that he stays constipated alot. He will go a couple of days and then have the urge to go. When he does finally go they are small and tapered off or in form of balls. Never feels like he is finished. Cries because it hurts to go or that he will not get anything out.
